The purpose of this Policy is to inform you of how Nuffield Therapeutics Pte Ltd, manages personal data by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “Act”). Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) is a law that governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal data by all private organisations.

By interacting with Nuffield Therapeutics Pte Ltd,  using any part of our services; submitting information to us; or signing up for any promotions or services offered by us, you agree and consent to any of the constituent members of the Nuffield Therapeutics Pte Ltd, our related corporations and affiliates as well as our respective representatives collecting; using, and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to our authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner outlined in this Policy.

To register an account, you need to supply us with your name, mobile number, email and mailing address, and possibly other personal information.

Due to hygiene considerations, all products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept the exchange of products that have been opened. Please seek clarification with us should you have any questions regarding our products and services, we will be happy to help you with your concerns before you place an order.

Ltd. does not accept any liability in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by unanticipated or uncontrollable event or effect on our part or directly or indirectly in connection with any surgery or nonsurgical service organised by us, on your behalf.

You agree to release, defend and hold Nuffield Therapeutics Pte Ltd, harmless and its officers and employees and agents from all such liability and indemnify each of them severally against any such claims that may be made by or through you related to your breach of this Agreement or use of this website in any manner.
